Vision+50™: 50 Traits, Markers & Indices Genomic Test
The Vision+50™ Genomic Test developed by STgenetics® is a special tool for dairy farmers to help make faster and more precise management decisions. Vision+50™ includes all Genomic Values reported by CDN, Lactanet and CDCB*.
The results for Vision+50™ include 52 CDCB traits, containing 6 Production, 20 Health & Longevity, 21 Conformation traits, 5 Selection Indices, 4 Milk Markers and TPI® results. Vision+50™ is also an all-inclusive tool to be used with STgenetics® mating program, Chromosomal Mating® and STrategy™. The genomic evaluation is performed by CDCB and includes animal parentage discovery.
Along with this comprehensive genetic package, STgenetics® has released EcoFeed® data, Polled and Muscle Weakness (MW) results on all Vision+50™ tested females. These data give dairy farmers more information on their herd and assist them in finding their most sustainable and healthy animals.
Another feature included in the Vision+50™ Genomic Test is the Robotic Cow Index (RCI)**, the new genetic index created for Robotics from Robotics. Robotic Cow Index (RCI) developed by STgenetics® is the exclusive and only Robotic Milking Genetics built from Robotic Milking performance validated by Robotic Milking data for Robotic Milking systems. The new RCI is also included within the Vision+75™ Genomic Test, which additionally provides the new Donor Output Index (DOI)**.
