How do you turn data usage on and off to use wi-fi? I want to be able to use data when wi-fi is not available but do not want tablet to use data when wi-fi has lost connection and I do not know it was lost.

I recently purchased the Galaxy Tab E, followed the setup promps , swiped the screen to open the screen and it asks for a password. Problem is I have tried every password I can come up with and it won't open. How do I reset the password to gain access.

CANNOT SHUT TABLET OFF. LOST SOME ICONS. OTHERS SURROUND BY A BLUE SQUARE WHEN TOUCHING THEM. EVEN THE ON/OFF ICON. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND HOW TO FIX IT. THX
