Summer Session Admission

Congratulations on your summer admission as an F-1 visa student at De Anza College! This page is specifically designed for F-1 visa students who have successfully applied and been admitted to begin studies in the summer session.

Summer 2024 Orientation Events

We provide virtual workshops, a one-day online orientation, and an in-person check-in event for new students beginning their studies in the summer. Please be aware that international students studying from within the U.S. for the 2024 summer session are required to attend the in person check-in event.

Summer session is slightly different from our regular fall, winter and spring quarters.

Tuition and Fees for F-1 Visa Students for Summer Only

Please note that the summer session fees aren't included in the annual estimated cost since it is typically optional. However, if you are starting your studies in summer, then summer is not optional for you! You should enroll full-time (minimum 6 units) and expect extra expenses listed below:
